This course is aimed at students who:
- Are looking to improve their skill/strength level before joining our professional course;
- Performers who would like to increase their abilities and general strength in order to improve their performing skills;
- Students who are keen to push themselves through intensive training to become stronger and better on the equipment they are taking regular classes on;
- Anyone who is keen to challenge themselves and increase their abilities.
The course will be taking place in Gravity Circus School and Training and will cover six weeks of intense training five times per week. The course takes place in the evenings and on weekends in order to accommodate those working full time jobs.
Classes will include intensive and aerial conditioning, rope and silks, hoop, stretches and contortion, Pilates and stability, straps, handstands and tumbling.
